Your Role
As a member of the Banking & Finance team, within our Tax department, you will provide secretarial and administrative support to a Partner and other members of the Senior Management, including:
Typing of letters, memos, reports, minutes, faxes and e-mails,
Coordination and management of diaries, travel arrangements and meetings internally or externally,
Creation of reports, preparation of presentations, updating of databases, timesheets and expenses for the team,
Other ad-hoc duties required and requested by the Partner and senior Management in the department.
Due to the level of responsibility associated with this position, we also assume the successful candidate to work as a trusted member of the team and be aware of the sensitivity of information and maintain confidentiality.
Your Profile
You have an A-level or a 2 years university degree in an administrative subject or an equivalent professional qualification.
You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
You are an accomplished typist and skilled in IT programs. You are familiar with the Microsoft Office applications.
You demonstrate flexibility and accountability in prioritising tasks and responsibilities.
You are proactive and service-oriented.
You have outstanding organizational skills and an ability to manage your workload.
You have excellent communication skills and are fluent in both verbal and written English and French. German and/or Luxembourgish will be considered an advantage.
