Inside Sales Account Manager - MACH Luxembourg

MACH is looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Account Manager who will be responsible for both specific account management activities and making outbound campaign-based sales calls. Based in Luxembourg, this role will report to the Inside Sales Manager. We are seeking a dynamic professional who is both quality oriented and customer focused.

Key responsibilities:
Account manage specific Tier of existing MACH customers
· Respond to customers needs and follow through on customer requests, both written and verbal
· Make regular inside sales calls to develop and establish long-term, ongoing business partnerships
· Responsible for growing the existing revenue stream from Tier X customers. The Inside Sales Account Manager must be able to identify business opportunities, develop and facilitate proposals, interact with decision makers and overcome objections to finalize contracts using the phone and written communication.
· Responsible for following the MACH sales methodology and updating the MACHforce system
· Responsible for maintaining MACHforce contact list following account management calls

Sales campaign execution
· Qualify “identified” campaign leads, identify decision makers, determine customer need, sell features and benefits, overcome customer objections and close sales
· Demonstrate products as part of campaigns using scripted online demonstrations
· Responsible for following the MACH sales methodology and updating the MACHforce system
· Responsible for maintaining MACHforce contact list following outbound campaign calls
· Ensure leads that require face to face follow-up are given to Strategic Account Managers
· Provide feedback of campaign effectiveness to marketing

Requirements:
· Fluent in English and additionally one of the following languages: Italian/Spanish/German/Russian/Arabic/French, any other language being a plus
· Bachelor degree in business, marketing, sales or a related field and 2 years of sales/outbound telesales experience is required
· A working knowledge of Mobile operators business processes
· The candidate must be highly motivated and able to prioritize their time to maximize the business potential
· Excellent communication skills
· Experience in the generation and closure of sales proposals
· Proven negotiation/Influencing skills
· Fluent in PC skills, i.e. WEB, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook desirable.
