We are now looking for a temporary
Assistant for our German Sales Team
to replace a colleague who is going on maternity leave. We offer a determined contract for 12-months period starting on September1st, 2009.
Your assignment with us includes:
- support to the sales managers in all administrative tasks (e.g. mailings to prospects, mailing of documents, scheduling of appointments by phone, account openings, filing of documents, travel expense reports)
- compiling of statistics and making of monthly reports
- payments of commissions
- organization, co-ordination and follow up of events targeting prospects
- replacement and support of the assistant of the account managers
- creation of German tax report for private individuals
The person we are looking for has:
- excellent knowledge of the German tax law
- a service minded and customer oriented attitude
- good organizational skills
- ability to communicate efficiently and can keep a high level of quality in the work also in stressful situations.
- good interpersonal skills and enjoy working in a team
- German as native language and can also communicate in English
- very good knowledge of MS Office (Access would be an advantage)
