Manage daily business requirements concerning Fund Administration ;
Gather requirements from clients and other stakeholders and prepare related business requirement document (BRD) ;
Identify issues and interface with development team to provide functional inputs ;
Prepare the functional specification in order to frame it for technical coding ;
Participate in gap analysis exercises for new implementations ;
Translate and/or validate approved business requirements into functional business requirement document (FRD) ;
Write and/or supervise product releases notes content and control adequacy with standards and/or clients specificities;
Provide high level of functional expertise for designated processes/products (internally and externally) ;
Provide and support the migration and productions issues within timelines through direct interaction with the client ;
Follow-up developments based on specifications and act as single functional point of contact for developers during development process ;
Perform and/or drive functional testing scenarios, control adequacy of developments within functional specifications ;
Document the internal testing scripts and prepare the User Manual for the clients or internal users ;
Provide complete onsite/offsite functional user training for the proper understanding of software usages.
Your profile :
Minimum 5 years experience in the Funds Industry ;
Excellent knowledge of Multifonds is absolutely mandatory, ideally obtained in a management or super user/support role ;
Experience in Fund migration required (from and to any accounting platform) ;
Fluent in French and English ;
Prioritize challenging deadlines and manage deadlines changes ;
Strong communication, interpersonal and managerial skills ;
Ability to work as part of a team, and also work independently.
