Senior Transfer Agency Business Analyst

The Business Analyst will work on projects within key functional areas to clearly identify business related requirements, undertake gap analyses and assist clients in their various migrations of incoming business.

Skills and Requirements
At least 8+ years of demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst in the financial services or investments industry ;
Knowledge of Hedge Fund administration outsourcing arrangements (middle office, back office and transfer agency), detailed knowledge of Transfer Agency is mandatory ;
Proven man management and change management skills essential ;
Knowledge of end to end trade flow processes (e.g. equities, fixed income, derivatives) ;
Strong structured business analysis and documentation skills ;
Superior interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal ;
Demonstrated experience documenting and improving complex business processes ;
Track record of success business analysis in the asset management sector is ideal, along with experience working on a similar project, migrations, platforms, hedge funds, etc. ;
Strong client focus gained in a financial services company ;
Process analysis/improvement experience will be advantageous ;
Strong Project Management skills required.
