Due to the increase of the complexity and the size of the business they are in the process of hiring for the position of IT Support Engineer.

The Role:
Responsible for setting up, configuration and administration of computer hardware within the local office in Luxembourg
Administrative tasks including internal user accounts, application access and security profiles
Ability to cooperate efficiently on remote basis with other support teams located in different international offices.
Implementation of global IT support
Manage and execute service requests and incident resolutions in line with Service Level Agreements
Provide technical support including answering phone calls and dealing with technical queries in a professional manner.
Work with the Major Incident Manager during “priority one” incidents to resolve or implement technical work in order to make services available as soon as possible
Ensure compliance with corporate standards and policies
Communicate capacity management issues to the local IT Manager.
To take ownership of customer problems and promote any call that requires an engineer to the service department
The Profile:
You will be educated to degree level within a technical discipline.
A minimum of 2-3 years experience within IT help-desk
Strong business and technical communication skills
Proven track of IT administration (hardware and software)
Ability to manage work time efficiently
Problem solving skills with strong customer service approach
You will be innovative, enthusiastic with attention to details
Fluency in English, French definitely a great advantage
