We offer a busy role within an international firm:
Profile :
Preferably a secretarial qualification
Advanced computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point).
Excellent command of French & English, German language would be an asset
Organised and proactive
Tasks :
Agenda and meetings arrangemens
Telephone
Billing
Undertaking some administrative project office activities (e.g. minutes taking)
Ad-hoc secretariat activities (copy, fax, filing, etc.)
