Dynabrade is a highly reputed manufacturer of quality abrasive power tools used for a wide range of finishing applications (grinding, filing, sanding, deburring and polishing) on metal, solid surface, fibreglass and wood surfaces. We are currently recruiting for the following position for our European headquarters located in Wormeldange-Haut, Luxembourg:
Experienced Marketing Manager (m/f)
His/her mission consists in defining, planning and implementing marketing & sales strategy for Dynabrade products in the sales area of Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA) in accordance to company objectives.
His/her responsibilities will consist of:
- Defining together with the Managing Director plans and budgets relative to sales support activities, marketing activities (including promotion, tradeshow & advertising) and market development/projects;
- Participating in planning and monitoring profitability targets within product range(s);
- Organise sales analysis & reports related to new products and promotions;
- Manage launch of new products from US as relevant to EMEA market;
- Planning and managing internal and external communications mainly in English;
- Organising reporting of relevant management, commercial information for the field sales and operational internal departments;
- Maintaining & developing corporate image and the company’s brand;
- Managing Marketing Assistant(s) and ensuring motivation and high performance of the marketing team;
- To play an active role in ensuring better synergy among the internal departments;
We offer a limited period contract (CDD) in order to replace a maternity leave and an attractive salary package in a multi-lingual and multi-cultural dynamic environment. He/she may be required to travel occasionally.
His/her profile:
- Long and solid experience as Marketing Manager
- Education level: minimum Bac + 3 or equivalent university degree
- Excellent written and spoken English and French
- German and/or any other language is appreciated
- Excellent communication skills
- Meticulous and organised
- Able to synchronise multiple projects
- Showing personal initiative
- Able to work with great autonomy as well in a team
- Computer literate (very good knowledge of MS Office is a must);
- Accounting and budgeting knowledge appreciated
- Driving licence required
