Senior Sales Field Manager Benelux - CENTROSOLAR

with area of responsibility for the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxemburg and home-office based in the Netherlands. Frequent presence in Hamburg and other branch offices will also be necessary.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

Responsible for the service of existing clients and identification of new key accounts
Development of new sales strategies, new customer acquisitions and continued growth of our profitable market share in the Benelux market
Work seamlessly with commercial sales partners and supporting them during and after the sales process, build new leads and close business in a timely fashion
Contribute to the business planning in developing the local business strategy together with the Director of International Sales
Participation in negotiations of major contracts, trainings and factory visits

Professional Skills

University degree, preferably in international business
10 or more years of sales experience, with a solid track record of growth – preferably with capital goods in the renewable energy or related industries
Thorough knowledge of financing and rebate programs for PV systems
Excellent management and organizational skills
Sales oriented individual with strong personality, creativity, flexibility as well as willingness to travel
Excellent verbal and written/presentation skills allowing for convincing collaboration with traders as well as installers, engineers, planners, architects and wholesalers
Fluency in written and spoken Dutch, German, English and French
