Your Role:
· You are responsible for the entire presales offer of System Solutions:
- You analyze the customer expectations and needs, translate them into a design layout, explain pro/cons of design to customers,
- You elaborate offers in collaboration with account managers and technical engineers
- You post implementation reviews and adaptations for future designs
· You perform technology watch (Strong interest to compare products/specs from different vendors)
Your Profile:
· Degree in Informatics or another degree with a strong IT affinity (Bachelor or higher)
· 5+ years relevant working experience.
· Deep knowledge/experience of ICT infrastructure architecture:
- Virtualization (storage, server, desktop, tape),
- Storage Area Networks,
- Server based computing, hardware, software.
· Good understanding of technical details as well as customer business needs
· Excellent presentation and communication skills
· Verbal and written communication skills in English or German and French are mandatory.
· Luxembourgish will be considered as an asset.
