Managing Director
The Director would manage all accounting and administrative activities for the group in Luxembourg, supervise a small team and liaise with vary external contacts.
Your responsibilities:
- Managing all accounting and reporting of the Luxembourg holding entities, reviewing the work of the accounting group, and ensuring the joint venture investment reporting is provided on a timely basis
- Assisting the head office with any reporting, audit and tax requirements
- Liaise with internal and external legal counsel and acquisition personnel in establishing the investment holding companies in Luxembourg
- Coordinate all board meetings and filings in accordance with Luxembourg laws
- Assist Asset Management team with reporting on investment activity
- Manage all aspects of the office administration
Your profile:
- 10 years experience in running an accounting and administrative group
- Specific understanding of real estate and Fund accounting and holdings companies
- Familiarity with Lux GAAP and IFRS and Luxembourg reporting requirements
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Able to work independently
- Strong coordination and organizational skills
