What is a Mystery Shopper?
Mystery Shoppers pretend to be normal customers performing specific tasks. This could be, purchasing a product, making complaints/objections, testing the sales assistants knowledge etc. After the mystery visit, Mystery Shoppers complete a questionnaire with objective feedback about their experiences which will then be reported back to the client.
