Your responsibilities include:
Accounting:
- Review and finalization of the accounting input
- Preparation of the annual accounts
- Follow-up of the registered companies finance
- Customer Accounting
Tax:
- Knowledge of the international tax system and the tax treaty signed by Luxembourg
- Knowledge of the specific tax rules involving Soparfi, SIF and SICAR structures
- Preparation of the Luxemburg tax returns
- Capacity of VAT analysis and preparation of VAT returns
Legal:
- Corporate housekeeping for the day to day management of a Soparfi (minutes, loan agreements, etc.)
- Writing of documents in association with solicitors (incorporation, capital increase, creation of compartments, etc.)
- Good knowledge in Luxemburg company law
- Commercial Knowledge of the European law
Your profile:
- University degree (Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Commercial Law…)
- 3 – 5 years of relevant professional experience
- Fluent in English and French
- Excellent analytical, organisational and communication skills
