Finance and Administration Manager - Deloitte

The successful candidate with supervise the Finance and Administration team, as well as the Human Resources and the Marcom staff. He/she will work and cooperate closely with the Managing Partner of the firm on various business, finance and administration issues and will act as an operational right hand man/woman.

Responsibilities
The scope of responsibilities of the successful candidate will more specifically include the following areas:
· Finance (reporting, financial analysis, payroll administration - indirectly via HR responsible -, internal & external audit);
· Accounting (financial and cost accounting, cash management, expenses, VAT returns);
· Revenue Control (billing and controlling);
· Marketing and Communication (marketing, internal & external communication, sponsoring activities);
· Active participation in the firm’s Office Management meetings and initiatives and cooperation with the firm’s partners;
· Supervision of the firm Office Management (Partners’ meetings, agendas, minutes);
· Facility Management (premises, furniture, mobiles, document and data protection, parking…);
· Reception desk;
· IT management (in collaboration with external providers);
· Supervision & coordination of ad-hoc projects and initiatives across the firm.

Profile
· Have minimum 6 to 8 years’ direct experience in a financial and/or office management role ideally gained within an international law firm, a financial institution or Big 4;
· Possess a University Degree in Finance or Business Administration;
· Be fluent in English and French (both written and spoken). Knowledge of German and Luxembourgish will be considered an asset;
· Have sound analytical skills together with a proactive approach to problem-solving;
· Be well organized with the ability to meet tight deadlines;
· Possess excellent communication and listening skills;
· Demonstrate sound learning capabilities along with the eagerness to develop himself/herself and acquire new skills;
· Have the ability to motivate and lead others;
· Be able to interact at all levels within the firm and with varied counterparts, including senior management / partners, professional staff, support staff, ...;
· Be flexible, committed and enjoy working in a fast-moving environment;
· High level of ethics integrity and trust.
