PROCESS ENGINEER - AVERY DENNISON - RODANGE

The key responsibilities of this position are :

· Identify and drive process improvements in order to achieve greater efficiencies and results

· Day to day support and follow-up of the production to guarantee an outstanding product quality

· Liaison with vendors, corporate and divisional R&D

· Installation and optimization of new technologies for the improvement of quality and productivity

The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:

· Degree as mechanical or chemical engineer

· 3 years of process/project engineering experience in an industrial environment

· Fluent in English and French. German will be consider as an asset

· Lean Management oriented

· Knowledge in basic Metrology concepts

· Largely self-managed in work approach and solid problem solving and decision taking abilities

· Good written and verbal communication skills. (Technical documents and presentations are requisites of the job).

· Stress resistant and able to adapt quickly to changing environment

· Strongly performance driven, results focused, constantly raising the bar, appropriately ambitious, excellent team-player

· Willing to travel within Europe and international
