HR Business Partner - Kienbaum Executive

Our client is an international pharmaceutical research company with over 1,000 employees. The parent company of the Rhineland-headquartered firm belongs to one of the most important health care groups worldwide. 120,000 employees in over 50 countries contribute to the company’s success.

On behalf of our client we are seeking a business-based HR partner (m/f). Reporting to the HR Vice President and being a member of the HR leadership team, the candidate (m/f) we are looking for will drive key HR objectives within a dynamic structure consisting of cross-functional teams. He/she will advise line management in the strategic implementation of core HR processes to help drive business results and build the workforce. The HR Business Partner (m/f) will be responsible for a variety of HR processes, including change management, performance and development/learning, recruitment, succession planning, talent management, as well as staff and employment relations and compensation.

As part of your professional background, you hold an university degree (MA in Human Resources or Business, MBA or advanced HR degree desirable) and have five years plus of strategic HR experience (at last as a HR Business Partner (m/f)). You should have experience of working in a multinational company, have worked with cross-functional teams, possess business knowledge and have a proven track record in working with HR systems and software; you will also have experience in deploying German employment law. Fluency in both written and spoken German and English is required. You have a strong personality with the ability to communicate and carry out negotiations at every level, strategic capability, leadership skills, collaboration and networking skills, plus an enhanced ability to work on your own initiative and organize your own workload.
