THE JOB:
The Client Services Officer will act as a central point of contact and co-ordination for all aspects of the administration. This person will receive, check and follow up on the processing of new business, and this will involve liaising with external and internal departments including compliance, back office, legal and the bank. The Client Services Officer will also take care of any additional ad-hoc administration and correspondence.
THE CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Accurate, attentive to detail
• Team player
• Fluent English is required in addition to one of the following Italian, German or French
• Computer literate, highly proficient in word excel and lotus notes
• At least four years of relevant client services experience within the Life Insurance sector.
