Able to understand and discuss functional specifications with the business owners, you will lead the technical team trough the development of a new SaaS installation based on Microsoft technology following the Agile methodology.

Your profile:
· You have minimum 3 year of relevant experience in a equivalent role within medium / big technical providers
· You have a technical university degree
· You have minimum 3-5 years team management experience
· You have strong communication with business & technical staff
· You are fluent in English & French
· You have strong project management and team-leading skills,
· You are able to define SLA (uptime, performance, change management, release management…)
· You are prepared to constantly innovate, you are a problem solver
· You have the ability to report to the senior management level
· Your core technical skills include:
o WSS 3.0/MOSS 2007 Enterprise Edition custom development & system administration
o MS product customization,
o System Integration & Webservices development experience
o SQL server, Reporting services & Logical / physical DB model
o MS Dynamics (CRM Module) / RIA (MS Silverlight)
o Performance assessment of a MS Platform in term of response time
o Experience with UML and Rational Unified Process methodology is required
